How fast do my cups ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days—even custom ones. Need it faster? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout for a small additional fee.
Will my cup fit in my car cup holder?
Yes! Cupholder compatibility was a must from day one. Our cups are 2.875" in diameter, designed to fit standard car cupholders—and they slide nicely into beach chairs, airplane trays, and backpack sleeves too.
Are cups dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our cups are dishwasher safe and built for daily use. Just remove the wrap before washing—wraps are easy to wipe clean by hand. Your design stays vivid while your cup gets a deep clean.
Can I make a custom cup?
Absolutely. Wrapware Studio is built to make custom designs easy—just choose a layout, upload your image, and see your cup come to life in a few clicks.

How do I change the design on my cup?
Our designs are printed on removable, soft-touch wraps that attach to the tumbler with magnets. Just peel off one wrap and snap on another—it’s that easy to switch up your style anytime.
I designed a custom cup using Wrapware studio, can I download my image?
Yes! Digital downloads are free and can be added to your cart from the Studio before checkout.
If you forgot to add one, no worries—we can likely retrieve it for you. Just email service@wrapware.com with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we’ll help you out.
Will the images on my wrap fade with use?
Nope—your design is built to last. We use UV printing on durable, soft-touch polyurethane for vibrant, long-lasting color. UV printing resists fading, scratches, and moisture, while the polyurethane material is flexible, grippy, and made to withstand daily handling.
And if anything's ever off? We guarantee a great print. Just reach out—we’ll reprint your design and send you a new one at no charge.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in new condition.
Please note: Custom wraps are final sale and can't be refunded.

Do you guys sell cups, or am I just buying the wrapper for any cup?
Wrapware wraps are designed to fit Wrapware cups. If you're new to Wrapware, we recommend starting with a tumbler + a wrap for your first purchase.
Wraps are swappable, so once you have a tumbler, you can mix and match designs by adding more wraps anytime.
