When your order ships

Your order ships within 1–2 business days after you place it, whether you choose a personalized design, a premade design or a wrap on its own.

For custom orders of 100 or more cups, we confirm production and shipping timing with you directly.

Free US ground shipping

We offer free ground shipping on US orders of $50 or more after discounts, including orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

Express shipping

Express shipping options are available at checkout. Choosing express shipping does not change the 1–2 business-day processing time. For custom orders of 100 or more cups, the production schedule agreed with you applies.

Estimated delivery

Check the shipping options at checkout for an estimated delivery date for your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and timing varies by destination and shipping service.
