Pick a world your team wants to be part of. Give it a name and a shared identity.

02 Imagine your character.

What makes your character you? Start with your talents, interests and a few unexpected details.

Your character doesn’t have to look like you to feel like you. Choose colors, shapes and details you enjoy.

How long does the workshop take?

Two sessions, plus artwork prep in between. In the first, choose your world and fill in the character worksheets. Between meetings, one artwork helper creates the portraits from the kit’s prompts. In the second, reveal the characters and share the stories behind them.

Do we need to buy tumblers?

No. The activity is complete without a purchase. Tumblers are an optional way to give everyone their own character and your team’s logo.

Which worlds can we choose from?

The kit has eight worksheets: ponies, superheroes, fantasy, wizards, animals, space, video games or pop stars. Choose one world together for the whole team.

How are the portraits made?

Between meetings, one artwork helper uses the kit’s AI prompts to create the portraits in a shared style from each person’s worksheet answers. Review them together and adjust anything that doesn’t feel right.
