Love how easy it was to customize the wrap. Fast shipping, great price, highly recommended!
I cannot say enough good things about Wrapware! They were absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication was fantastic, they were incredibly responsive, and their attention to detail was amazing!
I had a large order of individually personalized tumblers, each with its own unique design, and they approached the entire project with so much care and patience. What could have easily been a complicated process felt effortless! It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure every detail was just right and that the finished products were exactly what I had envisioned.
And the tumblers themselves? AMAZING! The quality was fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. -and my Sparkle Ponies- well they absolutely loved the product!
It's not often you find a business that puts this much care into both their products and their customers. They truly went above and beyond, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! I will absolutely be ordering from them again! ❤️
Innovative product, love how we can customize our cups now. Does great with keeping drinks cold/hot
I loved everything! The wraps are so cute and the printing is precise. Easy to design the wraps too. I definitely will order again!
I loved the tumbler. I think it turned out cute. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the program "fixed" my cats ear. One of her is cropped irl and the program made it whole.
Thanks so much for your feedback and we're so glad you love the tumbler!
We totally understand it's the little details that make your kitty YOUR kitty. A new wrap with your kitty's natural ear is on it's way to you!
Thanks,
The Wrapware Team
I was a bit skeptical But was so happy when I got my cups - they are so cute and very unique because you can switch the picture without the clutter of extra cups
I’m just a regular person. I came across an ad on fb, and then googled the company separately. Seemed okay. So I did the free upload and put our kitty on a wrap. And it was adorable! But… the editing made her too perfect. She has a damaged ear — the tip of that ear is torn and a bit folds over. The wrap was so cute but it wasn’t her. I mean it was her to a tee, except for the ear. I commented this on the ad I’d seen, posting the pic I’d used to upload. And the company commented back immediately! And not some automatic bot response either. They even showed me a retry they’d done where her ear was right and dm’d me a link to their site which showed the new edit.
I ordered right away. It was December 13 and the cup arrived before Christmas.
It’s so cool. The wrap easily comes off so you can wash the tumbler without worrying about damaging the wrap and you can even order more wraps with different images to use for the same cup! My daughter has used the tumbler every night now for her evening peppermint tea.
Plus, the customer service is amazing. We plan to order another tumbler and more wraps.
I absolutely LOVED the tumbler that my "Showkitty" Cheyenne "got" for me. So cute, and my coffee was very well insulated. Great product. I also purchased a gift for a friend and they loved it!
Super cute idea and great quality! I love that the design is magnetic and removable so I can wash the tumbler.
This is a Christmas gift for my daughter and it is absolutely perfect!! Her reaction was the best part of Christmas!
I loved the way the wrap on my tumblr turned out. Would definitely recommend!
I didn't expect threecup too be so TINY!!!!!! It doesn't even hold a can with ice! WTF!!!!! But, the graphic is clear and beautiful. Fix your sizing and improve!
Ok WOW your cat is GORGEOUS!! Thank you for the amazing photo and the feedback on the size. Our first size is 12.5 ounces, designed to hold a can of soda, or a cup of coffee, and fit in your car cupholder. It's also double wall insulated so your colds will stay cold and your hots will stay hot for hours. We hope this 'tiny' tumbler brings you enormous joy.
The picture on the wrap is very nice! I wasn't expecting it to be magnetic and on the outside of the tumbler. So before washing the tumbler, the picture has to be removed. I am a little leery about the wrap falling off with daily use. I guess I'll give it a try and see how it holds up.
Thank you so much for the feedback and the pictures Kellie! Your showkitty is beautiful. We designed the wraps to be magnetic so that you can have more than one design without needing to buy another tumbler. We hope that you enjoy the tumblers and check out some of the other filters. We'd love to hear what other styles you'd like to see!
I love this tumbler. The quality is excellent and shipping was fast. It’s worth every penny!
These are so fun to customize and I was shocked at the quality!!
Love the wrap and great customer service
It makes me happy
Superfast turnaround from the time I ordered to the time that I received the two tumblers and wraps. They both came out so nice. I can’t wait for my friend to see hers when I give it to her on Christmas.
Totally love how mine turned out.
Is there a way to upload more than one picture and combine them into one image?
She's gorgeous thank you for sharing Kathy! We are happy to help with custom requests! If you email your pictures to service@wrapware.com we're happy to help you make the perfect wrap. Thanks!
Love this and love looking at it as I drink my coffee it makes me happy and smile
Received my beautiful Wrapware item today and I could not be happier! After a mistake with my address( my post office oversight) and not receiving my order, the Wrapware team was extremely understanding and jumped in to rectify the situation .Not only did they instantly issue a refund, they sent my order within a few days. This is a terrific company with outstanding customer service. I will be placing my next order for the upcoming holidays for all my friends and family.
We're so glad you're happy and that you love the tumbler! She's a beauty!
My wrap couldn't have turned out better! It's perfect! I'll definitely be getting another!
